1. About the service

Solve My X provides automated digital reports based on BaZi, Tarot, Zi Wei Dou Shu, and Western astrology. Deterministic calculation or card-selection code produces the underlying structure, and an AI system helps express an interpretation in plain language.

The service is provided for cultural learning, self-reflection, and entertainment only. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, investment, employment, psychological, or emergency advice.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms.

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, abuse, infringement, automated scraping, attempts to bypass security controls, or requests for diagnosis, treatment, legal outcomes, gambling picks, investment instructions, or guaranteed predictions.

3. Your information

You are responsible for the information and questions you submit. Do not submit information you do not have the right to use, or confidential information that is not needed for the reading. How we process submitted information is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Interpretive limits

Reports describe symbolic themes and possible areas for reflection. They do not establish facts about another person, guarantee an event, diagnose a condition, or determine what decision you should make. You remain responsible for your choices and for checking important decisions against reliable real-world information and qualified professional advice where appropriate.

5. Purchases and delivery

When paid checkout is available, prices, currency, included access, applicable taxes, and the Merchant of Record will be shown before payment. Current plans are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. The Merchant of Record processes the payment, issues the receipt, handles applicable transaction taxes, and processes approved refunds and payment disputes.

Digital delivery normally begins immediately after payment is confirmed. A return from a checkout page does not by itself prove payment; access is granted only after the payment provider confirms the transaction.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility and the generation boundary are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Intellectual property

Solve My X, its software, design, original explanatory material, and report presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use a purchased report for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, republish, scrape, or use the service to build a competing dataset or product without written permission.

8. Availability and changes

We may correct errors, maintain the service, change features, or suspend access needed to protect users, the service, or our payment and infrastructure partners. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by an updated effective date.

9. Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee that an interpretation will match your expectations or produce a particular outcome. We are not responsible for decisions made by treating a report as professional advice or as a certain statement about the future.
