Acceptable Use and Content Rules

This page lists what Solve My X will not generate, how our safety rules work, and why we have them. It applies to every reading and every follow-up question.

Effective date: October 14, 2026

1. What the service is for

Solve My X generates automated reflection reports based on tarot, Western astrology, BaZi, and Zi Wei Dou Shu, for cultural learning, self-reflection, and entertainment. It is not a substitute for a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser, therapist, or emergency service.

2. What we will not generate

Please don't ask for the following. The service will not provide it:

  1. Medical answers: diagnoses, prognoses, how long someone will live or when they will die, or advice to start, stop, or change a medication or treatment.
  2. Mental-health treatment or crisis counselling. If you are thinking about harming yourself, we will point you to people who can help — see Get help now.
  3. Legal outcomes: predictions of a lawsuit or court result, or help with evading tax, forging documents, or anything else unlawful.
  4. Financial or gambling picks: lottery numbers, which stock or coin to buy, or claims that an investment can't lose.
  5. Guaranteed or fatalistic predictions: statements that something will certainly happen, or that a person is doomed or destined to fail, divorce, or die.
  6. Claims presented as facts about another person. A reading reflects your own question; it cannot establish what someone else thinks, feels, or will do.
  7. Harassment, hate, sexual content, content involving minors, or anything unlawful.

3. How these rules are applied

Every reading and follow-up goes through two automatic checks before you see anything:

  • Before the AI is used. Your question is checked for four high-risk topics: self-harm, medical questions such as illness, lifespan, or medication, gambling or stock picks, and legal outcomes. If it matches, no AI is used. You get a short note explaining the boundary, with suggestions for a question a reading can help with — or, for self-harm, how to reach support right away. A follow-up question stopped this way does not use up any of your follow-ups.
  • After the AI writes. The draft is checked for wording that crosses the lines in section 2, such as medical claims, guaranteed returns, predicted court wins, or fatalistic verdicts. If it does, the draft is thrown away rather than edited. If a backup AI model is available we try once more with it; if there is no usable draft, you see a plain structural example instead, clearly marked as not your AI reading.

These checks are automatic rules. Nobody reviews each reading before it is shown to you, and rules like these can miss things or be too strict. If something looks wrong, please tell us (section 6).

4. Where these rules come from

These are Solve My X's own service rules. When a reading is stopped, it is not a legal finding about you or your question, and it is not a statement about the law where you live. The same rules apply to everyone, wherever they are.

We set them for three reasons:

  • In many countries, advice about health, legal matters, and investments is reserved for licensed professionals. We are not one, and a reading should not act like one.
  • The AI providers we use have their own usage policies that limit this kind of output.
  • A chart or a card spread cannot responsibly answer these questions, and an answer that sounds certain could hurt someone who relies on it.

5. If you are going through a hard time

A reading cannot carry a crisis. Free, confidential support lines for many countries are listed on Get help now. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number.

6. Disagree with a reading, or need help with it?

Write to support@solvemyx.com. Every message is read by a person, and we reply within one business day. Each reading page has a link that opens an email with the reading's ID already filled in, so we can find it. Please don't send us your private link's full address — the ID is enough.
