1. Information you provide

A reading request may include your name, birth date, birth time, birthplace, time zone, latitude, longitude, selected system and theme, and the question you want the report to address. Tarot readings do not require birth information.

If you contact support, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. When paid checkout is available, the Merchant of Record shown at checkout collects the payment and billing information it needs. Solve My X does not receive or store your complete card number or card security code.

2. How reading information is used

Reading inputs are used to calculate the selected chart or spread, retrieve relevant source material, generate the requested report, prevent abuse, and diagnose service errors. The inputs needed to write a report may be sent to the AI model providers we use: OpenAI and DeepSeek. Those providers process the information to return the requested report under their applicable service and data-protection terms.

3. Where reports are stored

When you generate a reading, we store the report and its reading inputs on our servers so it can be opened from its private link. The link contains a secret access code after the # sign. Anyone who has the full link can open the reading, so treat it like a password. We store only a one-way fingerprint of the access code, never the code itself. A private link shows the report and any follow-up answers; it does not show your birth details.

Your browser also keeps up to 20 recent reports, together with their reading inputs and access codes, in local storage on the device used to create them. You can remove them by clearing site data in your browser.

4. Technical and analytics information

Our hosting, security, and analytics providers may process technical information such as request time, page viewed, browser or device characteristics, approximate region, referrer, and network information. We use this information to operate the site, measure aggregate usage, detect abuse, and troubleshoot failures.

5. Service providers

We use service providers for hosting, analytics, AI-assisted report generation, email delivery, database infrastructure, and payments. They may process information only as needed to provide those functions, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, or protect their systems. Payment providers may act as independent controllers for payment, tax, fraud, refund, and dispute information.

6. Retention

Free readings are deleted from our servers 30 days after they are generated. If you start checkout when a free reading is less than two days from deletion, we keep it for up to three extra days so the payment can be confirmed; if a payment for a reading needs manual review, we keep that reading until the review is resolved. If you pay to keep a reading, we keep it, its follow-up questions and answers, and its link for two years from the purchase date and then delete it; we email the address you paid with 30 days before the deletion date. If we close the service sooner, we will give at least 90 days' notice and a way to export your readings first. If a purchase is refunded, its unused follow-up questions are removed and the reading returns to the 30-day free retention period from the refund date; answers already given stay visible until the reading is deleted.

The email address you pay with is kept with the order record so we can send, and later resend, your private link. Local reports remain on your device until browser storage is cleared or older reports are replaced by the 20-report limit. Support, security, transaction, and compliance records may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Payment providers apply their own retention rules to data they control.

7. Your choices and requests

You may omit optional fields where the selected system does not require them. You can clear local report history through your browser. To have a stored reading deleted before its retention period ends, email us its private link. To request access, correction, or deletion of other information controlled by Solve My X, contact us and describe the relevant report, message, or transaction. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where required by law or needed to protect the service.

8. International processing and security

Service providers may process information in countries other than yours. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit information that is unnecessary for your reading.

9. Children

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed to children.
