1. Information you provide

A reading request may include your name, birth date, birth time, birthplace, time zone, latitude, longitude, selected system and theme, and the question you want the report to address. Tarot readings do not require birth information.

If you contact support, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. When paid checkout is available, the Merchant of Record shown at checkout collects the payment and billing information it needs. Solve My X does not receive or store your complete card number or card security code.

2. How reading information is used

Reading inputs are used to calculate the selected chart or spread, retrieve relevant source material, generate the requested report, prevent abuse, and diagnose service errors. The inputs needed to write a report may be sent to configured AI model providers, including OpenAI or DeepSeek. Those providers process the information to return the requested report under their applicable service and data-protection terms.

3. Local report history

The current English reading experience stores up to 20 recent reports, together with their reading inputs, in local browser storage on the device used to create them. This local history is not an account backup or permanent archive. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser.

4. Technical and analytics information

Our hosting, security, and analytics providers may process technical information such as request time, page viewed, browser or device characteristics, approximate region, referrer, and network information. We use this information to operate the site, measure aggregate usage, detect abuse, and troubleshoot failures.

5. Service providers

We use service providers for hosting, analytics, AI-assisted report generation, email delivery, database infrastructure, and payments. They may process information only as needed to provide those functions, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, or protect their systems. Payment providers may act as independent controllers for payment, tax, fraud, refund, and dispute information.

6. Retention

Local reports remain on your device until browser storage is cleared or older reports are replaced by the 20-report limit. Support, security, transaction, and compliance records may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Payment providers apply their own retention rules to data they control.

7. Your choices and requests

You may omit optional fields where the selected system does not require them. You can clear local report history through your browser. To request access, correction, or deletion of information controlled by Solve My X, contact us and describe the relevant report, message, or transaction. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where required by law or needed to protect the service.

8. International processing and security

Service providers may process information in countries other than yours. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit information that is unnecessary for your reading.

9. Children

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed to children.
